63);">杨子江介绍，溺粪不同于一般的溺水，其情况更凶险，因为吸入物中含有大量的毒素和细菌，极易引发肺部剧烈的炎症反应，可继发多脏器功能衰竭。入院时CT检查显示，强强吸入性肺炎症状明显，且呈进行性加重，<span style="color: rgb(54, 96, 146);"><strong>因为缺氧脑水肿也非常明显，病情较为危急。</strong></span></span></p><p 63);">下午6时许，儿科三病区副主任罗新兵接到电话后紧急赶往医院，并在儿童重症监护室为强强紧急行床旁支气管镜肺泡灌洗治疗。</span></p><p style="line-height: 2em;letter-spacing: 2px;"><span style="color: rgb(63, 63, 63);">“灌洗过程中，发现强强整个气道里有大量的粪便，已经出现气道糜烂，双肺也都非常脏。”罗新兵介绍，因粪便中细菌、毒素较多，且具有腐蚀性，除直接清理气道内的吸入物外，他们还在气道内给予药物，以减轻炎症反应，减少并发症和后遗症发生。<span style="color: rgb(54, 96, 146);"><strong>当时，强强已出现神志昏迷、呼吸困难症状，依靠有创呼吸机支持，也加重了灌洗风险和难度。</strong></span></span></p><p style="line-height: 2em;letter-spacing: 2px;"><span style="color: rgb(63, 63, 63);">杨子江表示，治疗期间，经过两次肺部灌洗及抗感染等综合治疗后，入院第三天，强强的呼吸困难明显改善，并顺利撤离呼吸机，脑水肿基本消退，神志转为清楚。经复查CT，强强肺部炎症较之前明显改善，<span style="color: rgb(54, 96,
