!important;">2014年11月，田某承揽了丹江口市某小区住宅楼的建设工程。施工期间，田某雇请黄某等人在该工地施工。2015年年初，施工完成后，经核算，田某共需向黄某等人发放工资85212元，但黄某等人多次催促，田某均以各种理由拖延。2019年1月，黄某等人到该市人力资源和社会保障局投诉。</p><p style="outline: 0px;max-width:
