normal;">市直各行政事业单位核实本单位2021年租金收缴情况，未收取2021年房租的，直接按规定减免后收取;已缴入财政的，按照非税收入退付流程予以退还。如2021年承租户未租满一年，按相应承租月份减免房租。到非税局办理退付单位按非税相关要求填写非税收入退付申报表及资料。</span></p><p style="text-align: justify;line-height:
