!important;">经查明，“黑衣人”高某，家住襄阳市牛首镇，今年45岁。根据高某供述，今年春节后，他因为想不劳而获，生出盗窃他人财物的心思，但又担心在本地作案容易被抓，因此决定前往距离居住地70公里的丹江口市作案，每隔几天，高某就会乘坐公交车，历时二小时到达丹江口市，之后便找一个地方休息，等到了凌晨，就开始选取目标作案，盗取电动车后，高某就会驾驶被盗电动车，绕道谷城县返回襄阳后销赃，经审讯，高某交代近期连续在丹江口市盗窃电动车的犯罪事实，经逐案核实，近期发生的12起电动车盗窃案均为高某所为。高某还交代，他自认为自己手段高超，十分注意伪装，且每次盗窃后都迅速逃离了丹江口市辖区，没想到才短短几天就被抓了。</span></section><section
