18px;">湖北征和律师事务所董文明律师表示，就本案来说，确认当晚同饮者的过错，需要详细调查。如未发现强行劝酒、灌酒致神志意识混乱或者有其他严重不妥行为才导致后面女子产生轻生的举动，那么，即使民事生命权侵权行为对过错的认定标准比较松，但考虑到女子已经为2个孩子的母亲，已经是成年人，虽然打牌喝酒的时间比较晚，但该行为并不违法。</span></p><p style="line-height:
