border-box;">今年2月，陕西省定军山镇居民唐某，因网络投资理财被诈骗12万余元，其中部分被骗资金流入李某的银行卡中，李某因涉嫌帮信罪随即被勉县公安局列为网上逃犯。2月27日，市公安局均州派出所研判民警在进行视频巡查时，发现李某在辖区内有活动轨迹，均州派出所民警迅速组织力量对李某进行了抓捕，并及时通知了陕西警方。</p><p style="white-space: border-box;">警方根据李某供述得知，月初，其一名张姓朋友介绍他可以通过出租银行卡来赚取“外快”，并组织李某与另外两人一同前往福建省进行跑分洗钱，却没想到，他刚从外地回家，就被警方抓了。均州所民警根据李某提供线索，迅速将张某也一并抓获归案。经审讯，张某在明知上家使用银行卡从事违法犯罪活动情况下，将李某、张某某、余某以500元每人的价格介绍给上家，为境外电信诈骗团伙提供转移资金服务。</p><p
