0em;letter-spacing: 0.544px;"><br/></span></p><p> 第二条 火灾隐患举报投诉奖励是指积极为消防救援大队提供各类有效情报信息、有显著贡献的公民，以及在火灾隐患举报投诉查处工作表现突出的执法人员和单位，依据本办法给予奖励。</p><p> 第三条 举报方式：</p><p> （一）来电举报：来电举报受理形式为电话受理，举报受理电话号码为<span style="color: rgb(255, 0, 0);"><strong>0719-5529939</strong></span>，也可以通过<strong><span style="color: rgb(255, 0, 0);">“12345”政务服务便民热线</span></strong>进行举报。</p><p> （二）来信举报：举报人以信件方式对火灾隐患进行举报，文字内容应详细注明隐患单位、地址及存在具体火灾隐患内容。</p><p> （三）网络举报：举报人将拍摄到的隐患注明拍摄地点、联系方式发送到消防工作网络QQ或邮箱。</p><p> 第四条 火灾隐患举报内容：</p><p> （一）消防设施、器材或者消防安全标志的配置、设置不符合国家标准、行业标准，或者未保持完好有效的；</p><p> （二）损坏、挪用或者擅自拆除、停用消防设施、器材的；</p><p> （三）占用、堵塞、封闭疏散通道、安全出口或者有其他妨碍安全疏散行为的；</p><p> （四）埋压、圈占、遮挡消火栓或者占用防火间距的；</p><p> （五）占用、堵塞、封闭消防车通道，妨碍消防车通行的；</p><p> （六）人员密集场所在门窗上设置影响逃生和灭火救援的障碍物的；</p><p> （七）生产、储存、经营易燃易爆危险品的场所与居住场所设置在同一建筑物内，或者未与居住场所保持安全距离的；</p><p> （八）电动自行车停放在未经隔离的居住出租房私拉电线和插座给电动自行车充电的。</p><p> 第五条 对举报投诉的消防安全违法行为，经核查属实并符合奖励条件的，由负责核查的消防救援大队给予举报奖金、证书等奖励。</p><p> 第六条 举报火灾隐患经查证属实，对一般火灾隐患、违法行为举报，给予举报人<span style="color: rgb(255, 0, 0);"><strong>50-200元奖励；</strong></span>对核实为重大火灾隐患的举报，给予举报人<span style="color: rgb(255, 0, 0);"><strong>200-1000元奖励</strong></span>。</p><p> 第七条 消防救援大队落实火灾隐患举报奖励专项资金，对举报信息核查属实的，按奖励标准给予奖励。对举报的同一火灾隐患，不重复奖励，只奖励第一举报人。对两个或者两个以上举报人联名举报同一火灾隐患的，视为一次举报，奖励由举报第一署名人领取。</p><p> 第八条 举报人无法现场领取奖金的，可以书面委托他人代为现场领取。也可以说明情况并提供举报人身份证明、银行账号，由消防救援大队将奖金汇至指定账户，或者采取将奖励金额作为电话费充值至举报人手机号码等方式发放。</p><p> 第九条 举报人举报的事项应当客观真实，不得捏造、歪曲事实，不得诬告、陷害他人。对怀有恶意的诬告举报和乱举报骗取奖金的，依法追究相应的法律责任。</p><p> 第十条
