<p style="line-height: 3em;"><span style="font-size: 17px;"> 孩子是家庭的希望，是祖国的未来。让每一个孩子都健康成长，是全社会共同的愿望。溺水是威胁中小学生生命安全的第一因素。每一次溺水事故的发生，都有可能给家庭带来无法挽回的损失，也牵动全社会的心。</span>
<p style="line-height: 3em;"><span style="font-size: 17px;"> 一年一度的暑假即将来临，又到了孩子们喜爱的快乐时光，然而暑假历来是溺水事故易发、多发期，我省作为“千湖之省”，江河湖泊水库众多,预防溺水尤为重要。在此，我们温馨提醒：生命无价，谨防溺水莫大意。</span>
<p style="line-height: 3em;"><span style="font-size: 17px;"> 1.请您务必增强安全意识，承担好假期对孩子的监护责任，加强教育和管理，特别是加强假期孩子结伴外出游玩时的管理，经常进行预防溺水等安全教育，不断加强孩子安全意识和自我保护意识，提高孩子的避险防灾和自救能力。</span>
<p style="line-height: 3em;"><span style="font-size: 17px;"> 2.请您经常教育提醒孩子牢记防溺水“六不”，即：不私自下水游泳；不擅自与他人结伴游泳；不在无家长或教师带领的情况下游泳；不到无安全设施、无救援人员的水域游泳；不到不熟悉的水域游泳；不熟悉水性的学生不擅自下水施救。教育孩子遇到同伴溺水时避免手拉手盲目施救，要智慧救援，立即寻求成人帮助。在孩子外出前，做到“四知”，即：知去向、知同伴、知归时、知内容，并提醒做好安全防护，避免孩子长时间脱离安全监护。</span>
<p style="line-height: 3em;"><span style="font-size: 17px;"> 3.当您看到有孩子在危险水域游泳、玩耍时，请您停下脚步及时劝阻、提醒，您的这一行为或许在无形中能够阻止溺水事故的发生。</span>
