对华北地区来说，通常雨季前的6月至7月初更易出现高温天气，连续数天的高温在6月也较为常见。这段时间主要以干热型高温为主，表现为气温高、湿度小。“进入7月后期，随着副热带高压北跳和夏季风往北推进，水汽输送和大气湿度增加，云量增多，会出现闷热天气，也就是湿热型高温。就最高气温而言，前一时段气温最高值通常高于后一时段。”高辉说，但体感温度不仅和气温有关，还受到湿度影响，往往在湿热型高温下，体感温度更高。</span></section><section
