wrap;">自老旧小区改造项目启动以来，市住建局始终坚持“共同缔造”理念，坚持共建共享原则，通过精准精细管理，“<strong>一小区一方案</strong>”的原则，<strong>针对路面硬化、排水雨污分流、停车规划、疏通淤堵化粪池</strong>等多个方面开展精细化改造。</p></section><section style="text-align:
