0em;">从县域发展潜力百强的区域分布来看，东部、中部、西部和东北分别占50席、38席、11席和1席。东部和中部入选县域较多，西部县域发展也有亮点，东北则相对弱势。东部县域的潜力在发展活力、发展特色和人居环境三方面比较突出，中西部县域的发展潜力，主要体现在人力资源和发展特色。从传统的南北方来划分，南方占75席，北方占25席，南方遥遥领先，这与我国区域经济发展格局基本一致，是由人口流向、发展活力和人居环境共同决定的。</section><section
