63);">再经过相关检查，果然从孩子的右眼内液中检测到了这种病菌。<br/><br/>小梅这才想起来，几个月前，她确实好几次接触过猫，但到底有没有被抓伤过，就已经记不清了。<br/><br/>病因找到后，经过对症治疗，随访复查，小梅的视力终于慢慢恢复到发病前的0.8。<br/><br/>医生介绍说，猫抓病是由巴尔通体引起的一种人兽共患病，一般通过猫狗等宠物抓伤、咬伤，或者舔舐身上的开放性伤口后引起的感染。该病临床表现多变，以引起局部淋巴结肿大为主要特征，对于免疫功能正常的成年人，病程多呈自限性，1到3个月自己会好，但免疫功能较低的儿童，猫抓病症状会比较严重，有的既有全身感染症状，也有眼睛症状；有的则只有全身感染症状，没有眼部症状；有的则只有眼睛症状。小梅的情况就是既有全身症状，也有眼部疾病。</span></section><section
