寒冬亮剑，到位87.49万元！丹江口法院开展“百日执行攻坚”专项集中执行行动

17px;">在执行过程中，丹江口法院始终秉持善意文明执行理念，以释法明理、沟通疏导与强制执行相结合的方式，用足用活查人找物、执行和解、司法拘传等措施。行动中，各执行团队一方面针对大部分被执行人有能力而心存侥幸、不愿主动履行的特点，发挥强制执行作用，坚决予以罚款、拘留，绝不手软，做到“法律讲透、措施用尽、压力给够”。另一方面对于愿意配合的被执行人，积极督促其主动履行生效法律文书确定的义务，对于即时履行确有困难的，积极开展执行和解工作，促使双方达成和解协议分期履行，让执行工作更有温度、更有力量。</span></p><p 17px;">肖某与路某民间借贷纠纷一案，于11月6日立案执行。当事人双方之前有感情纠葛，因生意原因肖某借路某118000元，后双方感情破裂，肖某将其起诉并移送执行。本案申请人肖某在外地，态度坚决，要求必须一次性执行到位。通过执行人路某反映，肖某一直就此事骚扰其和家人，自己还了5000元后，便赌气没有再继续偿还借款。执行干警反复多次劝说，希望两人多念旧情，摒弃前嫌，以和为贵。在执行干警的不断努力下，申请人肖某承诺，借款还清后不再打扰路某一家人，被执行人路某也表示愿意筹集资金，当日还清借款。下午5点，申请人肖某以短信形式向执行干警做出书面承诺，被执行人路某将113000元打入法院账户，并缴纳执行费。至此，本案15天快速执行完毕，实现了案结事了。</span></p><p
