2em;"><span style="color:#595959;">这得从武当山的历史说起。武当山，古名太和山、仙室山，北抵秦岭，南依巴山，雄踞华中。八亿年前，武当山从古海洋中隆起，状若莲花、又似火形，延绵八百余里，鬼斧神工般自然天成“七十二峰朝大顶、二十四涧水长流”的奇景。</span></p><p style="max-inline-size: 100%;cursor: style="color:#595959;">武当，不止山。武当山自古就是道教名山，为唐宋元明历代统治者所崇奉。特别是600多年前，明成祖朱棣“北建故宫，南修武当”，役使军民工匠30万人，历时13年，在峰、峦、坡、岩、涧之间，建成9宫、8观、36庵堂、72岩庙、39桥、12亭等33处建筑群，形成“五里一庵十里宫，丹墙翠瓦望玲珑，楼台隐映金银气，林岫回环画镜中”的仙山琼阁胜境。自此，武当山古建筑群成为“挂在悬崖峭壁上的故宫”，成为“万世之伟观”，堪称中国古代建筑精粹。朱棣还敕封武当山为“大岳”，使其有了“四大名山皆拱揖，五方仙岳共朝宗”的尊荣。大旅行家徐霞客也对武当山“慕尤切”，于400年前的1623年如愿登山，写下《游太和山日记》。数量众多的建筑、文学、冶金、雕塑、绘画、音乐，使武当山成为一部立体的中国古代艺术史。正如联合国教科文组织认定武当山古建筑群列入世界文化遗产名录时给出的评价：“武当山是世界上最美的地方之一，中国的伟大历史，依然留存在武当山。”</span></p><p style="color:#595959;">天下太极出武当。南北朝时武当山就被称为“太和山”，在武当山天柱峰西侧约8公里处，至今保存着一座元代摩崖石窟，摩崖文字中明确提到了“太极”二字。武当山的山形地貌、建筑风格和历史传承，处处体现着“道法自然”“天人合一”“外圆内方”“和合共生”的太极文化。明代张三丰融汇道家思想、太极文化，首创内家拳，以其松沉自然、外柔内刚的独特风格，终成一代太极宗师。</span></p><p style="text-align:justify;text-indent: 2em;line-height: 2em;"><span style="color:#595959;">武当功夫根植于数千年华夏文化沃土，以道法自然为准则，讲究通过导引、行气等方法使人在精神和身体上都达到身心平衡的状态。如今，全球有150多个国家和地区的5亿人习练太极拳。今年10月，世界武当太极大会在湖北十堰武当山举办，来自世界各地的600余名专家学者、33个国家和地区的1500余名运动员切磋太极、论道武当。</span></p><p style="color:#595959;">武当养生天下奇。《水经注》载，武当山“山形特秀，异于众岳，峰首状博山香炉，亭亭远出，药食延年者萃焉。”相传炎帝神农氏曾在武当山治病疗伤、怡情养生，而以孙思邈为代表的武当名医，结合先秦诸子百家的哲学思想，研制出多种颇负盛名的武当名药，与讲究“人以天地之气生，四时之法成”的武当养生术相结合，形成了独具特色的武当养生文化体系。李时珍《本草纲目》记载的中草药中，武当山就有417种，最为著名的有“头顶一颗珠，江边一碗水，七叶一枝花，文王一支笔”，更有“樃梅果、骞林茶、八宝紫金锭”等神奇物产，被称为“天然药库”。</span></p><p
