89);letter-spacing: 1px;">消防救援人员事后调查发现，起火原因系住户未将取暖器（俗称“小太阳”）电源关闭便离开房间，取暖器长时间炙烤周围家具及杂物，导致温度过高起火，随后大火引燃床上用品。</span></p><p style="text-indent: 2em;line-height: 2em;"><span style="font-size: 17px;color: 1px;">“取暖电器为达到取暖的效果，一般功率都在2000瓦以上，运行时温度可达800℃以上。使用者若忽视安全，火灾随时可能发生。”市消防救援支队工作人员提醒，<strong>使用取暖设备时，不要同沙发等棉织物品放得太近，更不要在电取暖器上烘烤衣物，这样很容易引燃可燃物，引发火灾。同时，不要把易爆品如打火机、花露水、空气清新剂等放得离取暖器太近，以免过热发生爆炸</strong><strong>。</strong></span></p><p 1px;">“很多人出门或夜间休息时常常会忘记关取暖设备，这时，取暖设备可能会因短路、过载、温度过高等原因引发火灾。”该工作人员介绍，使用取暖家电时，要做到人走断电。暖手宝等通过充电加热的取暖设备充满电时要及时断电，不要充过度。夜间使用电热毯，可在睡前通电加热，入睡时关掉电源，不要通宵使用。</span></p><p style="text-indent: 2em;line-height: rgb(89, 89, 89);font-size: 17px;letter-spacing: 1px;">经火灾调查人员勘察确认，此次火灾系房主使用电热毯不慎所致。据了解，房主的这条电热毯使用时间已超过20年。出门前，房主忘记将使用中的电热毯断电，导致电热毯短路，从而引发火灾。</span></p><p style="text-indent: 2em;line-height: 2em;"><span style="color: rgb(89, 89, 89);font-size: 17px;letter-spacing: 1px;">根据国家出台的《电热毯、电热垫及类似柔性发热器具的特殊要求》，电热毯自生产日期开始计算的安全使用年限为6年。这两类电器超过安全使用年限后，塑料制成的控温开关会渐渐碳化，内部电源线可能会老化、龟裂，如果继续使用，可能会将人电伤、烧伤，严重的还会引发火灾。所以，<strong>到了使用年限的电热毯千万不要再使用。</strong></span></p><p 1px;">在使用电热毯或保存电热毯时有哪些注意事项？该工作人员介绍，<strong>尽量不要折叠电热毯</strong><strong>，因为里面都是线路，折叠电热毯可能会将其中的线路损坏，造成漏电</strong>。还需要注意的是，最好不要让电热毯与皮肤直接接触，“可以在电热毯上铺一层毛巾被、床单或者薄褥子，以防烫伤。但不能铺在厚褥子下面，否则可能烧毁元件、引发火灾等。”</span></p><p 1px;">一氧化碳俗称煤气，无色、无臭、无刺激性。吸入一氧化碳能使人体出现不同程度的中毒症状，空气中一氧化碳浓度较大遇到明火还可能引起爆炸。在冬季，农村居民会采用烧煤等方式取暖，由此产生的一氧化碳也在威胁着大家的生命安全。记者从市人民医院获悉，今年春节前至正月二十，该院就接诊了20余位一氧化碳中毒患者。</span></p><p style="text-indent: 2em;line-height: 2em;"><span style="color: rgb(89, 89, 89);font-size: 17px;letter-spacing: 1px;">近期，我市消防部门做了一组关于一氧化碳方面的实验。消防员用木块作为燃料，测试不同环境下一氧化碳的含量及其危害。在封闭的环境中，随着火盆内木材的燃烧，房间内的温度开始逐渐上升。仅3分钟后，有毒气体检测仪就发出警报，显示一氧化碳的数值已经达到70ppm。随着柴火的持续燃烧，10分钟后一氧化碳数值达到了最高值226ppm。</span></p><p style="text-indent: 2em;line-height: 2em;"><span style="color: rgb(89, 89, 89);font-size: 17px;letter-spacing: 1px;">该工作人员介绍，一般情况下，环境中一氧化碳含量在50ppm的范围内，人们在8个小时内不会有太大的问题，但如果浓度达到200ppm以上，一般两到三个小时就会感觉到头痛；如果达到400ppm以上，一到两个小时就会导致死亡。</span></p><p style="text-indent: 2em;line-height: 2em;"><span style="color: rgb(89, 1px;">随后，消防部门进行了通风实验，实验显示，木块在经过半个小时的燃烧后，室内一氧化碳浓度始终维持在50ppm以上。当打开门窗通风后，室内一氧化碳浓度急速下降至25ppm左右，达到安全范围。<strong>消防部门提醒，烧柴取暖时一定要做好排气和通风，建议不要彻夜烧柴取暖。</strong></span></p><p style="text-indent: 2em;line-height: 2em;"><span style="color: rgb(89, 89, 89);font-size: 17px;letter-spacing: 1px;">除了使用木柴取暖容易造成一氧化碳中毒外，使用燃气灶、热水器也有可能造成一氧化碳中毒。该工作人员介绍，液化石油气、天然气、汽油、柴油、煤炭、木炭、柴火等含碳物质在氧气不足的条件下燃烧不充分，都会产生一氧化碳。</span></p><p 1px;">在当天的实验中，消防员在一密闭空间内打开液化气灶，仅仅15分钟，有毒气体检测仪同样发出警报，显示环境中一氧化碳含量达到63ppm左右。该工作人员提醒，广大市民一定要定期检查燃气设备，使用完后务必关闭阀门，防止燃气泄漏。</span></p><p style="text-indent: 2em;line-height: 2em;"><span style="color: rgb(89, 1px;">发现一氧化碳中毒的情况应该怎么做？该工作人员介绍，在进入现场时最好采用低姿弯腰或匍匐前进的方式，这是因为一氧化碳比空气轻，会浮在空气的上层，下层空气较为新鲜。进入现场之后，要迅速打开所有门窗通风，立即寻找一氧化碳的来源，并及时切断。不要携带打火机、火柴等明火进入现场，更不能开灯，否则会有爆炸的危险。</span></p><p style="text-indent:
