#595959;">（三）不按规定着装、佩戴工作证件。</span></p><p style="line-height: 2em;text-indent: 2.11764em;"><span style="font-size: 17px;letter-spacing: 1px;color: #595959;">（四）采取哄骗、威胁等手段强行提供清障施救服务并收取费用；未经高速公路经营管理单位同意，违规收取路产损失赔偿费；私下接受网络平台、中介介绍的高速公路救援信息，违规收取押金或中介费用。</span></p><p style="line-height: 2em;text-indent: 2.11764em;"><span style="font-size: 17px;letter-spacing: 1px;color: #595959;">（五）冒充执法人员擅自查扣车辆、证照。</span></p><p style="line-height: 2em;text-indent: 2.11764em;"><span style="font-size: 17px;letter-spacing: 1px;color: #595959;">（六）故意扩大或过失损坏高速公路路产设施。</span></p><p style="line-height: 2em;text-indent: 2.11764em;"><span style="font-size: 17px;letter-spacing: 1px;color: #595959;">（七）敲诈勒索、辱骂殴打服务对象；恶意损坏、变卖、非法占有、非法扣押、盗窃服务对象的车辆、随车物品或货物；未经公安机关交通管理部门同意，擅自撤除、变动交通事故现场，放行车辆；擅自泄漏清障施救服务对象个人信息。</span></p><p style="line-height: 2em;text-indent: 2.11764em;"><span style="font-size:
