2.1176em;"><span style="outline: 0px;color: rgb(0, 72, 132);">第二条</span> 中职国家奖学金由中央财政出资设立，用于奖励中等职业学校（含技工学校，下同）全日制在校生中特别优秀的学生。每年奖励2万名学生,奖励标准为每生每年6000元。</p><p style="outline: 0px;text-indent: 全国学生资助管理中心会同全国技工院校学生资助管理工作办公室，根据中等职业学校全日制在校生数等因素，提出中职国家奖学金名额分配建议方案，报教育部、人力资源社会保障部、财政部同意后，联合下达中职国家奖学金名额，并组织实施中职国家奖学金评审工作。</p><p style="outline: 0px;text-indent: 2.1176em;"><br style="outline: 0px;text-indent: 2.1176em;"><br style="outline: 0px;"/></p><p style="outline: 0px;text-indent: 2.1176em;">公示无异议后，每年10月31日前，中等职业学校将评审结果按照程序通过评审系统逐级报送至省级教育行政、人力资源社会保障部门。</p><p style="outline: 0px;"><br style="outline: 0px;"/></p><p style="outline: 0px;text-indent: 2.1176em;"><span style="outline: 0px;color: rgb(0, 72, 132);">第十一条</span> 各省（区、市）、各计划单列市、新疆生产建设兵团教育行政部门联合人力资源社会保障部门通过评审系统组织开展评审工作，并于每年11月10日前将评审材料通过评审系统统一报送教育部。</p><p style="outline: 0px;"><br style="outline: 0px;"/></p><p style="outline: 0px;text-indent: 2.1176em;"><span 2.1176em;">2.位于年级同一专业排名未进入5%，但达到前30%（含30%）且在道德风尚、专业技能、社会实践、创新能力、综合素质等方面表现特别突出的，可以申请中职国家奖学金，同时需要提交详细的证明材料。证明材料须由学校审核后加盖学校公章。排名未进入30%的，不具备申请资格。</p><p style="outline: 0px;text-indent: 2.1176em;"><br 0px;text-indent: 2.1176em;">1.在社会主义精神文明建设中表现突出。具有见义勇为、助人为乐、奉献爱心、服务社会、自立自强等突出表现，在区（县）级及以上地区产生重大影响，被区（县）级及以上官方媒体宣传报道。</p><p style="outline: 0px;"><br style="outline: 0px;"/></p><p style="outline: 0px;text-indent: 2.1176em;">2.在职业技能竞赛或专业技能竞赛方面取得显著成绩。在世界技能大赛取得优胜奖及以上和入围世界技能大赛中国集训队及国际性职业技能竞赛获前8名，在中国技能大赛等全国性或省级职业技能竞赛获得优秀名次（一类职业技能大赛前20名、二类职业技能竞赛前15名）。在世界职业院校技能大赛取得优胜奖及以上和入围世界职业院校技能大赛中国集训队。在全国职业院校技能大赛等专业技能竞赛获得三等奖及以上奖励，省级选拔赛获得二等奖及以上奖励。</p><p style="outline: 0px;"><br style="outline: 0px;"/></p><p style="outline: 0px;text-indent: 2.1176em;">3.在创新发明方面取得显著成绩，科研成果获得省、部级以上奖励或获得通过专家鉴定的国家专利（不包括实用新型专利、外观设计专利）。</p><p style="outline: 0px;"><br style="outline: 0px;"/></p><p style="outline: 0px;text-indent: 2.1176em;">4.在体育竞赛中取得显著成绩，为国家争得荣誉。非体育专业学生参加省级及以上体育竞赛获得个人项目前三名、集体项目前二名；体育专业学生参加国际和全国性体育竞赛获得个人项目前三名、集体项目前二名。集体项目应为上场的主力队员。</p><p
