17px;">通知明确，各县（市、区）成立以党委政府主要负责人为组长的小流域综合治理工作领导小组，组建以县（市、区）直相关部门负责人为组长的工作专班，明确工作职责和工作目标，以小流域综合治理为抓手，统筹安全与发展，以问题为导向，结合强县工程实施，充分开展美好环境与幸福生活共同缔造，推动山水林田湖草及路和村庄要素系统治理，加快实现生产和生活方式绿色转型，用1年左右时间，各县（市、区）小流域综合治理试点建设取得明显成效，最终实现生态美、产业强、百姓富。</span></p></section></section><section
