style="font-size: 17px;">为加强入鄂动物调运监管，有效防范重大动物疫病传播风险，保障养殖业健康发展和人民群众身体健康，根据《中华人民共和国动物防疫法》等法律法规规定，决定设立入鄂道路运输动物指定通道。现将有关事项通告如下：</span></section><section style="text-align: justify;text-wrap: wrap;text-indent: 2em;"><span style="font-size: 17px;">一、全省共设立36条入鄂道路运输动物指定通道(附后)。</span></section><section style="text-align: justify;text-wrap: wrap;text-indent: 2em;"><span style="font-size: 17px;">二、凡经道路运输动物进入(经过)我省的，应当携带《动物检疫合格证明》等国家规定的有效证明和检疫标识，到指定通道接受监督检查(查证、验物、消毒及信息登记追溯等)。检查合格后，方可入鄂。</span></section><section style="text-align: justify;text-wrap: wrap;text-indent: 2em;"><span style="font-size: 17px;">三、经检查不合格或道路运输动物未经指定通道进入(经过)我省的，由县级以上农业农村部门会同公安、交通运输、市场监管等部门按《中华人民共和国动物防疫法》等法律法规处理。</span></section><section style="text-align: justify;text-wrap: wrap;text-indent: 2em;"><span style="font-size: 17px;">四、指定通道若有调整，由省农业农村厅报省人民政府批准同意后，向社会公布。</span></section><section style="text-align: justify;text-wrap: wrap;text-indent: 2em;"><span style="font-size:
