wrap;"><strong>“强化哮喘教育”因何成为主题</strong></p><p style="text-wrap: wrap;">世界哮喘日是全球性的活动,由世界卫生组织(WHO)1993 年创立的合作组织“全球哮喘防治创议”(GINA)主办。该项活动在每年5月第一周的周二举办,旨在提升全球对哮喘的认知与理解。今年的主题是“强化哮喘教育”。</p><p style="text-wrap: wrap;">GINA 强调,为哮喘患者提供适当的教育至关重要,这不仅有助于他们更好地管理自己的疾病,还能帮助他们明确何时需要寻求医疗帮助。同时,应强化医务人员的哮喘防治教育,以期为患者提供更为可靠的信息和最佳治疗方案,实现更高水平的临床缓解,降低哮喘患者住院率及死亡率。</p><p style="text-wrap: wrap;">哮喘作为一种常见的慢性非传染性疾病,影响着全球 2.6 亿~3.5 亿人,每年导致45万余人死亡。其中,大多数死亡实际上是可以预防的。</p><p style="text-wrap: wrap;">哮喘教育普及面临的主要问题包括疾病诊断不足或不准确,以及抗炎吸入激素使用不足或装置使用不正确。此外,哮喘患者对短效支气管舒张剂(β2受体激动剂吸入剂,SABA)的过度使用与依赖,以及对重度哮喘的认识不足,都是当前哮喘教育要解决的问题。尽管目前已经有了高效控制哮喘的治疗方法,但仍需加大对哮喘的管理,实现“不让任何人掉队”的疾病管理目标。</p></section></section></section></section><p></p><hr
