丹江口青年教师杨越：以爱为舟 照亮学生前行之路

8px;">杨越，1988年3月出生，自2011年加入教育系统以来，已在教育一线辛勤耕耘了十余年。她始终秉持立德树人的教育理念，潜心教学，以严谨细致的教学态度和亲和细腻的育人风格，赢得了学校师生的高度评价。在她的课堂上，英语教学不再仅仅是知识的传授，更是对学生思维能力和应用能力的全面培养。</p></section><section style="line-height: 0;"><section 2;letter-spacing: 2px;"><p style="text-wrap: wrap;margin-top: 8px;margin-bottom: 8px;">在差异化教学方面，杨越老师也有着自己独特的见解和实践。她认为，每个学生都是独一无二的个体，不能用统一的标准来衡量。因此，她尽全力让每个学生都能在自己擅长的领域发光发热，用公平的爱引领他们走向成功。</p><p 8px;">除了在教学上的卓越表现，杨越老师还是一位充满爱心与责任感的教师。她始终把学生的健康成长放在首位，无论是学业上的困惑还是生活上的难题，她都愿意倾听并尽力帮助解决。在她看来，教育是一场爱与被爱的双向奔赴，只有用心去爱学生，才能赢得学生的信任与尊重。因此，她经常利用课余时间到学生家中与家长交流，共同关注学生的成长与发展。</section><section style="text-wrap: wrap;margin-bottom: 8px;">杨越老师的爱心与付出也收获了学生们满满的感激与敬爱。2019年，当她因骨折住院时，学生们利用休息时间来到医院看望她，亲手为她做了一顿丰盛的中秋家宴，在医院里陪伴她度过了一个难忘的中秋节。这一幕幕温馨的画面，不仅体现了师生之间的深厚情谊，也彰显了杨越老师在学生心目中的崇高地位。</section><section style="text-wrap: wrap;margin-bottom: 8px;">杨老师在课下也是一个非常关心学生的老师，她总是把学生当作自己的孩子来看，非常关心学生的身体健康以及心理健康，均州中学学生周妍语说，“有一次在家门口等车，偶然遇到了杨老师，她关心地询问我，并带我一起来学校，我心里非常感动。”</section><section style="text-wrap: wrap;margin-bottom: 8px;">杨越老师的努力与付出得到了广泛的认可与肯定。她先后荣获十堰市优质课竞赛一等奖、湖北好课堂十堰市一等奖、湖北省二等奖等多项荣誉，并在2023年被评为第六届丹江口市名师称号。面对这些荣誉与成绩，她始终保持谦逊与低调的态度，她深知教育之路任重而道远只有不断求索才能不断进步。</section><section style="text-wrap: wrap;margin-bottom: 8px;">均州中学教务主任肖兴波介绍，杨越老师既是出色的教育者，又是精致的爱生活的人，她总是把教育融入生活，在思考中把厚厚的课本变成薄薄的知识，在精心组织中把课堂变成快乐的学堂。杨老师不仅是学生的良师益友，也是家长的贴心人，她经常到学生家中与家长交流，共同教育学生成长，是真正的耕耘者，我们为均州中学拥有这样优秀的老师感到骄傲。</section><section
