normal;font-family:PingFangSC-Light;">在优化多渠道挂号服务方面，《通知》提出，建设全省统一的预约挂号平台，部省属医疗机构向市（州）、县级医疗机构预留开放不低于10%的门诊号源，紧密型城市医疗集团和县域医共体的牵头医疗机构向基层医疗机构预留开放不低于20%的门诊号源，优先用于老年人预约转诊。同时，畅通家人、亲友、家庭签约医生等代为老年人预约挂号的渠道，并为老年人提供一定比例的现场号源。</span></section><section normal;font-family:PingFangSC-Light;">三级医疗机构统筹智能安排各类检查，对老年患者开具超声、CT、MRI等多个检查项目，集中一次性完成预约，力争预约时间精准到30分钟以内，多个检查项目尽可能一次性完成；推广预就诊、预住院模式；推进检查检验互认目录内项目应认尽认，到2024年底前，二级及以上医疗机构实现检查检验结果互认。</span></section><section
