<p style="white-space: normal;"> 原来，该中心距离城区约15公里，因地处偏远，不符合金融部门建立银行服务站点条件；采取电子支付方式，电子结算系统需支付网络运营方服务费，因该笔服务费中心无法开据正式票据入账，自去年11月1日中心正式运营以来，只能使用现金收取殡葬服务费，且每天收取的服务费均存放在单位保险柜中。

<p style="white-space: normal;"> 局党组高度重视，多方协调金融机构、财政部门等，截至目前，该中心已与中国银行丹江口支行达成协议，在严格遵守非税收入管理原则的基础上，开通使用微信、支付宝扫码电子支付系统；POS机刷卡结算时要支付给网络运营方的服务费问题正在积极协商中。预计今年5月底，中心将全面实现电子结算。
