wrap;">汪某某诉张某某买卖合同纠纷一案，丹江口法院于2021年8月2日判决张某某在判决生效后十日内支付汪某某货款194000元及资金占用利息22192.81元。但因张某某未按判决指定的时间履行给付义务，根据汪某某申请，该案进入执行程序。2021年11月30日，市法院执行干警组织汪某某、张某某进行调解并达成分期还款协议，但张某某仅还款25000元后便不肯继续还款，逃避执行。2023年2月至3月期间，张某某多次收到工程款后未向法院报告财产收入，仅向法院标的款账户支付了4万元，隐匿财产情况，将剩余款项挪作他用，拒不履行还款义务。2023年5月，市法院执行干警多方搜集固定证据后，将张某某涉嫌拒不执行判决、裁定罪线索移送公安机关。到案后，被执行人张某某对自己的违法行为供认不讳，主动向汪某某转账153000元，履行了全部执行义务，取得了汪某某的谅解。</p></section></section><section
