2em;"><span style="font-size: 17px;letter-spacing: 0px;">根据《关于规范我省大、中专毕业生初定专业技术职务工作的通知》（鄂职改办〔2013〕72号）等文件精神，现将中初级职称申报认定工作有关事项通知如下：</span></section><p style="text-align:justify;line-height: 2.2em;"><strong><span style="font-size: 17px;letter-spacing: 0px;">一、</span><span style="font-size: 17px;letter-spacing: 0px;background-color: transparent;">申报范围和对象</span></strong></p><section style="text-align: justify;line-height: 2.2em;text-indent: 2em;"><br/></section><section style="text-align: justify;line-height: 2.2em;text-indent: 2em;"><span style="font-size: 17px;letter-spacing: 0px;">在我市企事业单位、社会团体、非公组织等单位(以下简称“用人单位”)专业技术岗位上从事专业技术工作、符合中初级职称认定条件的专业技术人员，以及自由职业专业技术人员。</span></section><section style="text-align: justify;line-height: 2.2em;text-indent: 2em;"><span style="font-size: 17px;letter-spacing: 0px;"><br/></span></section><section style="text-align: justify;line-height: 2.2em;text-indent: 2em;"><span style="font-size: 17px;letter-spacing: 0px;">实行岗位管理的事业单位，申报中初级职称认定时需提供聘用花名册；国有、民营企业专业技术人员，一般在劳动关系所在地自愿参加职称评审，不受户籍、档案所在地制约，由用人单位、主管单位、人事代理机构履行审核、公示、推荐程序。劳务派遣人员以及其他用工人员可由劳务派遣公司或人事代理机构会同用工单位共同履行审核、公示、推荐职责。</span></section><p style="text-align:justify;line-height: 2.2em;"><strong><span style="font-size: 17px;letter-spacing: 0px;">二、</span><span style="font-size: 17px;letter-spacing: 0px;background-color: transparent;">申报认定条件和水测要求</span></strong></p><section style="text-align: justify;line-height: 2.2em;text-indent: 2em;"><br/></section><section style="text-align: justify;line-height: 2.2em;text-indent: 2em;"><span style="font-size: 17px;letter-spacing: 0px;">对国家教育部门承认学历的毕业生，其学历专业与申报专业一致的：</span><span style="background-color: transparent;font-size: 17px;letter-spacing: 0px;text-indent: 2em;">中专毕业，从事本专业工作，见习一年期满，可初定为“员”级职务。</span><span style="background-color: transparent;font-size: 17px;letter-spacing: 0px;text-indent: 2em;">大专毕业，从事本专业工作，见习一年期满，再从事本专业工作二年；</span><span style="background-color: transparent;font-size: 17px;letter-spacing: 0px;text-indent: 2em;">大学本科毕业，从事本专业工作，见习一年期满；</span><span style="background-color: transparent;font-size: 17px;letter-spacing: 0px;text-indent: 2em;">取得双学士学位或硕士研究生毕业当年考核合格，可初定为“助理”级职务。</span><span style="background-color: transparent;font-size: 17px;letter-spacing: 0px;text-indent: 2em;">硕士学位获得者，从事本专业技术工作三年考核合格；</span><span style="background-color: transparent;font-size: 17px;letter-spacing: 0px;text-indent: 2em;">博士学位获得者，当年考核合格，可初定为中级职务。</span></section><section style="text-align: justify;line-height: 2.2em;text-indent: 2em;"><br/></section><section style="text-align: justify;line-height: 2.2em;text-indent: 2em;"><span style="font-size: 17px;letter-spacing: 0px;">学历专业与申报职称专业不一致的，应该参加申报专业级别水平能力测试成绩合格，其中申报初级职称的可按本程序认定；申报中级职称的不能按本条件和程序认定，应该申报中级职称评审。</span></section><section style="text-align: justify;line-height: 2.2em;text-indent: 2em;"><br/></section><section style="text-align: justify;line-height: 2.2em;text-indent: 2em;"><span style="font-size: 17px;letter-spacing: 0px;">湖北省人社厅网站职称评定专栏新发布的各专业申报评审条件为申报认定依据，可在湖北省人力资源和社会保障厅网站/专题专栏/湖北省专业技术人员职称评定/申报评审条件栏目中查询。</span></section><p style="text-align:justify;line-height: 2.2em;"><strong><span style="font-size: 17px;letter-spacing: 0px;">三、</span><span style="font-size: 17px;letter-spacing: 0px;background-color: transparent;">申报程序</span></strong></p><section style="text-align: justify;line-height: 2.2em;text-indent: 2em;"><span style="font-size: 17px;letter-spacing: 0px;"><br/></span></section><section style="text-align: justify;line-height: 2.2em;text-indent: 2em;"><span style="font-size: 17px;letter-spacing: 0px;">各县市区职改办负责本区域初级职称认定和中级职称认定推荐工作。市职改办负责市直单位和十堰城区初级职称认定工作，负责全市中级职称认定工作。</span></section><section style="text-align: justify;line-height: 2.2em;text-indent: 2em;"><span style="font-size: 17px;letter-spacing: 0px;"><br/></span></section><section style="text-align: justify;line-height: 2.2em;text-indent: 2em;"><strong><span style="font-size: 17px;letter-spacing: 0px;">1.个人申报。</span></strong><span style="font-size: 17px;letter-spacing: 0px;">申报人员按照“干什么、评什么”原则确定申报专业，符合本专业申报评审条件，登录湖北省专业技术人员职称评审管理信息系统（系统网址：http://59.175.218.201:8502/app/home.html），进行实名注册后，如实填报上传个人签名的申报承诺书、个人学历、从业经历、现岗位情况、任职以来专业工作项目业绩资料，并在规定时间内提交审核，同时报送纸质资料。</span></section><section style="text-align: justify;line-height: 2.2em;text-indent: 2em;"><span style="font-size: 17px;letter-spacing: 0px;"><br/></span></section><section style="text-align: justify;line-height: 2.2em;text-indent: 2em;"><strong><span style="font-size: 17px;letter-spacing: 0px;">2.单位公示推荐。</span></strong><span style="font-size: 17px;letter-spacing: 0px;">将职称政策、推荐人数、业绩材料、推荐程序和推荐结果等事项在单位公开，推荐结果公示不少于5个工作日。经公示无异议后，用人单位登录湖北省专业技术人员职称评审管理信息系统，对申报人员的个人信息及专业业绩材料进行审核（同时审核纸质资料），并出具“申报人员工作岗位符合本专业申报条件规定，个人信息和业绩材料已经审核公示，均真实有效，同意上报”的推荐意见，报送主管部门审核。</span></section><section style="text-align: justify;line-height: 2.2em;text-indent: 2em;"><span style="font-size: 17px;letter-spacing: 0px;">8.不少于1000字的专业工作总结（描述本人专业工作岗位、职责、数量、程序过程、成效、反思），或本人参与并撰写的工程项目报告。</span></section><p
