style="font-size:15px;">（二）行政事业单位职责范围内的事项委托或交给其他单位（中介组织、企业）承担并收取费用；能够通过加强事中事后监管解决的事项仍设定中介服务并收费；应由政府部门承担的费用转嫁给企业（群众）并收费；违规对企业进行检查、评比、达标、升级、评优、鉴定、考试等活动，并从中收费；在审批过程中委托开展技术性服务活动，未通过竞争方式选择服务机构，以及违规要求支付服务费；同一收费项目，执收标准不一。</span></p><p><span style="font-size:15px;">（三）涉行政审批中介机构、行业协会（商会）依托行政权力违规收费、无法定依据开展服务并收费、借助影响力（职权）强制服务并收费或只收费不服务；为其它部门（单位）搭车收费、代收代扣费用。</span></p><p><span style="font-size:15px;">（三）无依据凭借职权强行要求市场主体参加各种有偿培训、购买不需要的图书报刊、音像资料、器材、商品等；向市场主体下达税收、统计、承担社会责任等任务；强行要求市场主体提供无偿服务或购买服务时要求免费增加额外项目。</span></p><p><span
